Welcome to MyZOTS (My Zen Online Therapy Spot). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MyZOTS mobile application and the services provided therein. By downloading, accessing, or using the MyZOTS app, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.


You agree that the products and services provided by MyZOTS are not intended to be used in a medical emergency. If you are located in the United States and you are having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please call or text 988, the suicide and crisis lifeline. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not attempt to access emergency care through MyZOTS or its affiliates. If you are located outside of the United States, please contact your local crisis or emergency resources or go to the nearest emergency room.
 

1. Overview of MyZOTS

MyZOTS is a wellness app that provides tools for guided meditation, journaling, mood tracking, and task management. We offer a variety of plans to meet your wellness needs, including a Free Plan with limited access and paid subscription plans with enhanced features.


2. Subscription Plans

MyZOTS offers three subscription options:

  • Free Plan
  • Monthly Subscription Plan
  • Yearly Subscription Plan

Free Plan

The Free Plan provides limited access to the MyZOTS app with the following features:

  • Guided meditations
  • Journaling tools
  • A to-do list with a limit of 5 tasks per month

The Free Plan is available at no cost. However, access to premium features and content is restricted.

Monthly Subscription Plan

The Monthly Subscription provides access to all premium features, including:

  • Unlimited guided meditations
  • Unlimited journaling entries with reminders
  • Advanced mood tracking with a 30-day history and detailed mood trends
  • Unlimited tasks in the to-do list
  • Detailed mood insights and wellness progress reports
  • Access to custom wellness plans
  • Priority customer support

Cost: $4.99 per month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.

Yearly Subscription Plan

The Yearly Subscription Plan includes all Monthly Subscription features plus additional benefits:

  • Exclusive wellness content
  • Early access to new features
  • Personalized wellness plan consultations
  • Custom reports for meditation and mood tracking

Cost: $44.99 per year. The subscription will automatically renew each year unless canceled.


3. Payment and Renewal

  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan).
  • Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Renewal charges will be applied to the same payment method used for the initial subscription.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period.

4. Refund Policy

For details regarding refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Yearly subscriptions are eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase, provided no significant use of the app has occurred.


5. License to Use the App

Upon downloading MyZOTS, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to copy, modify, or distribute any content from MyZOTS.


6. User Conduct

By using MyZOTS, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any unlawful activities through the app.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to MyZOTS systems or data.
  • Use the app in any way that disrupts or interferes with the performance or security of the service.

7. Modifications to the Service

MyZOTS reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features or services at any time without prior notice. We will endeavor to inform users of significant changes in advance.


8. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data while using the MyZOTS app.


9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any violation of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the app. In the event of termination, you will lose access to any saved data, and no refunds will be issued for remaining subscription periods.


10. Limitation of Liability

MyZOTS is provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive to ensure a smooth and secure user experience, we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues. MyZOTS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.


11. Changes to Terms

MyZOTS reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
