At MyZOTS, we are committed to providing a positive and fulfilling experience for our users. However, if you are unsatisfied with your subscription or purchase, we are here to help.

Subscription Refunds

  • Free Trial: MyZOTS offers a 14-day free trial for new users. If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, you will not be charged.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Yearly Subscriptions: Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a refund within the first 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@myzots.io. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, and any applicable refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
